Weight Loss Takes Effort

by Meredith

Pulled in Too Many Directions!

Pulled in Too Many Directions!

My biggest problem with trying to lose weight is that it takes too much effort. I start trying a diet and then give up because all my energy gets sucked into my job, children, and keeping a nice house.

I wish it were as easy as taking a pill too, but not all the diet vitamins are good for you.

What is the answer? I don't know, but if you have some advice that would be great.

Where's the energy?
by: Gail

I can't imagine having to work full time, coach, run after two young (but adorable) children, be "super-wife", prepare meals, clean house, and diet! No wonder you have no energy!

Experts say that you have to take care of yourself first to take care of your family, but that just seems selfish, doesn't it?

Maybe if you started with one small change such as eating only healthy food at work, or eating less meals out, or a nightly walk with the kids and hubby, or no food after 7:00, or smaller dinner portions, etc, and added more "rules" when you felt stronger...

Good luck!
