This is not a complete list of all of my favorite weight loss quotes. I have many more that "speak to me." In my constant quest to find motivation for weight loss, I like to file away the gems that I come across.I like to write them on Post-it notes and stick them around the house where I can easily see them and think about them. These motivational weight loss quotes can mean the difference for me, between mindlessly grabbing for food or taking a minute to assess whether I'm actually hungry. Sometimes, that extra minute of thought is all it takes to stay on a focused path to a weight loss goal.
