Time for a new me

Step 1: Reach for fresh, not processed!
Well I have started a new journey. I have joined a new diet program. I am hoping that this is the one that will help me keep off those undesired pounds. I will keep you updated on my progress and keep using your site to help me with great tips. One thing that has changed in my world is that I am much more aware of what I am eating. I am looking to see what is good for me. I am trying to avoid processed foods, but it seems like everything we eat is processed. Keep you posted Mer.
