Not Enough Time and No Energy!!

Go to work, come home, play with my kids, pick up, blah blah. Repeat again tomorrow...

I am exhausted and can't get MOTIVATED!

I totally get what you're saying, but if you really want to lose weight, don't wait for the motivation! I'm a firm believer that the motivation comes after you have some initial success! MAKE yourself be good for a week. Anyone can power through 7 days! Once you see your success on the scale, you'll start to feel a little tinge of motivation. A second week will firm it up and then you'll be on your way! At least with your super busy schedule, you must be burning some serious calories! Good luck!!
