Make Exercise Part of Your Life!

Exercise is a must!
One small story in my struggle of weight control was a testimony to myself of how exercise needs to be an integral part of my life!
We had just moved from Atlanta to Milwaukee and I was making adjustments to the changes of living in a new place. We had left our only child in Atlanta, and I actually started my new job before we even moved into our new house.
Needless to say I was extremely busy and stressed, and my commitment to exercise was kind of left behind.
As the days passed I noticed that every time I climbed the stairs my knees were starting to hurt. I told myself that maybe it was time to get back into the groove and exercise, so I hopped on the treadmill on a daily basis and before I new it, I was going up and down the stairs with NO pain!!
This was a short lesson to me on how exercise REALLY keeps you moving with ease and without pain!
Ever since then, wherever our moves have taken us, no matter how much moving has taken out of me, I try to get back to my walking regimen as soon as possible. Plus it is a fun way to get to know your own new neighborhood and nearby neighborhoods.
