Losing weight with Menopause

The thing is that I usually can drop weight off 2-2.5 lbs a week with 100 lbs overweight. 1200-1400 calorie diet--low carbs and sugar. I am 52 and need to lose weight and am doing all the healthy eating and exercising and barely dropping weight. I am not having hot flashes but skin is dry, hair is in bad shape, trouble sleeping, depressed and irritable--but that could be partly because of the dieting issues. I need natural help here. Anyone with tips on losing weight with possible hormone issues or premenopausal?
