Kirstie Alley Weight Loss:
Organic Liason Diet Program

Beautiful and Inspirational!

Welcome to Kirstie Alley Weight Loss

I was so incredibly inspired when I saw the Kirstie Alley weight loss on TV the other day!  Here was someone who had struggled for many years, (sound familar?), persevered, and finally achieved success!  I can't do anything but feel thrilled for her, and...maybe a little envious!

To be perfectly honest, I was also a little shocked, but only because I hadn't seen Kirstie for several months on TV and expected her to look as good as she did when Dancing With the Stars ended.  Instead of looking "good", she went all the way to GREAT!

Seeing Kirstie reminded me that she created a weight loss program called Organic Liason

When I first heard that she was working on a diet program, I was curious and a little excited.  After all, this woman knew what it was like to struggle with her weight.  She understood the issues when many did not.

I decided to do a little research to learn more about this very interesting weight loss program.

I came across two websites which I'll share with you.  What I learned is that a "Rescue Me Kit" consists of "three formulas exclusively developed to reduce cravings, boost natural energy, promote relaxation, and support rest."  In addition to this product, the program consists of three main steps: Manage, Energize, and Connect.

The first step, Manage, consists of various online tools to help you achieve success as you adopt a healthy lifestyle. The second step, Energize offers tips, recipes, and blogs.  Connect the third step, may just be the most valuable by providing an online community of people who understand and share the struggle to be healthy.
