MY FAVORITE FOODS FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Listed below are some of my very favorite foods for quick and easy weight loss. I keep many of these products in my kitchen so that they are available at all times. Most of these foods are easily available at your local grocery stores. If you have trouble finding them, ask your grocer to stock them. I find that most grocery stores are more than willing to do that for their customers.
- Nature’s Own Double-Fiber bread--two slices only have one Weight Watchers point and the bread is delicious!
- Subway’s six-inch turkey breast & ham sub with no cheese or oil, but extra crushed red peppers.
- Weight Watchers, Yoplait, and Fiber One fat-free vanilla yogurt. This yogurt is delicious alone or with fruit and granola.
- Ballpark fat-free hot dogs--one point each. I have friends who swear by Hebrew National fat-free dogs but I think Ballpark hot dogs are tough to beat.
- Boca Burgers, Original flavor--one point each.
- John McCann’s Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal--I’ve never cared for oatmeal until a friend suggested I try this. It's delicious but a little labor intensive. You can make up a larger amount and microwave it each day.
- LaTortilla Factory Whole Wheat Tortillas
- Weight Watchers Giant Fudge Bars--one point
- Skinny Cow products
- Sunsweet California Prunes "Ones"--okay, quit laughing! These individually wrapped prunes go a long way towards satisfying a sweet tooth!
- The Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
- Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread--this is a wonderful margarine substitute.
- Parkay fat-free spray
- Jell-0 Sugar-Free Pudding-60 Calories
