MORE OF MY FAVORITE FOODS...
"NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL I MAKE IT HAPPEN!" S. Wilson
Here are more items from my favorite foods list. I love to try out new products and will update the list as I find new favorites!
- Lean Cuisine pizzas
- V-8 Spicy Hot 100% Vegetable Juice
- 2% Velveeta Cheese--this used to be called "Lite Velveeta." This cheese with Nature's Own Double-Fiber bread and Parkay fat-free spray butter makes a fantastic, low-calorie grilled cheese sandwich!
- Progresso Soups, especially Split Pea, Lentil, and Black Bean
- Whole Wheat Honey-Nut Cheerios, eaten dry, similar to popcorn
- Speaking of popcorn, I love to make mine in a microwaveable popcorn bowl that can be easily found at Target and other stores for less than $10.00. In my microwave, it takes about 2 1/2 minutes on high. I pour it into a different bowl and lightly spray it with Butter Pam so that the salt will stick. It's delicious and has no oil!
- Smart Ones and Lean Cuisine frozen dinners
- Amy's Brown Rice and Vegetable Bowl
- Amy's Veggie Loaf frozen dinner

- Fiber One Oats and Chocolate Chewy Bars--This bar only has 2 Weight Watchers points and packs 9 grams of fiber! It satisfies my sweet tooth beautifully.
- Kashi TLC Trailmix Chewy Bars--also 2 points but three times as much protein and less fiber. The crunchiness is very satisfying.
- Gnu fiber bars are excellent and have 12 grams of fiber in each bar!

- Edamame--this soy bean is very healthy and satisfying. Buy them in the pod, (from the freezer section of your grocery store),boil them for five minutes, drain, sprinkle with sea salt, and ENJOY! If you've never eaten them before, you pick them up with your fingers and scrape the beans out of the pod with your teeth. It satisfies that "hand to mouth" action (like M&Ms)but without the guilt.
